1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or are returned incomplete will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer support at customercare@allsuperbrands.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • If the return is due to a company error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the shipping costs.
    • For non-defective product returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • Return Address: Returns should be mailed to the address provided in our return instructions.

3. Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including covering return shipping fees.
  • Non-Defective Items: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or variant, it must meet the same return conditions outlined above (unused, in original packaging). Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition, and the reason for this is not due to an error on our part).
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items such as gift cards, downloadable products, or personalized/customized items are not eligible for refunds.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final Sale/Clearance Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items are not returnable.

6. Restocking Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for any returned products.
